🌙 Lunazure – Terms of Service

Welcome to Lunazure. By accessing, purchasing, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Lunazure offers beauty-focused copywriting services through monthly subscription packages: Conversion Catalyst and Market Domination. Each package includes deliverables outlined at the time of purchase.

Services begin after project intake is confirmed and the client is notified of deliverable timelines.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure high-quality work, clients must:

  • Complete an onboarding questionnaire within 72 hours of purchase

  • Provide accurate product details, brand assets, and relevant access (e.g., site links, reviews)

  • Communicate in a timely manner to avoid delays

Delays in client communication may push deadlines without refund or compensation.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Conversion Catalyst: First deliverables within 72 business hours after intake confirmation

  • Market Domination: First deliverables within 48 business hours after intake confirmation

Turnaround time does not begin at time of payment but upon project confirmation and required materials submission.

4. Revisions

  • Each deliverable includes 1 round of revisions within 7 days of delivery.

  • Revisions are for tone, clarity, or factual alignment — not complete rewrites.

  • Additional revisions are billed at €75/hour.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to pay on time may pause or cancel ongoing work.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of copywriting, no refunds are issued once a project begins.

You may cancel your subscription anytime, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final approved copy becomes the client's property upon full payment.

  • Lunazure reserves the right to showcase anonymized versions of delivered work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your brand. All client materials, strategies, and internal data shared with Lunazure will be treated as confidential.

9. Disclaimer

While we strive to optimize conversions, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors outside our control (ads, pricing, traffic quality, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

Lunazure is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
